The reality is, every human being experiences feelings of self-doubt at some point in their life. It’s those who let it rule their life, who truly suffer & almost never see the success they desire.
If you constantly doubt yourself, try these:

Next time you find yourself going down the road of self-doubt, change to the opposite thought. I can't do that becomes I CAN do that. Being consistent with this WILL eventually rewire your thinking.
☑️Recognize Your Doubts For What They Are
Doubts are not truths. They are just doubts. They are thoughts you're having about the situation. Every time you doubt, remind yourself that you're just wobbling but it's NOT the truth, unless you accept it as such.
☑️Don’t Compare Yourself To Others
Everyone is unique so you're simply wasting you're time when you compare yourself to anyone else.
☑️Surround Yourself With People Who Believe In You
Spend quality time with those that encourage you, cheer you on and lift you up. Limit (or cut off) your time with those that do the opposite.
☑️Celebrate Your Wins
No matter how small, remember the good stuff. Never forget how far you've come or what you've overcome.
