Rest, Refresh, Rethink

If your life isn't going in the direction you want - don't be afraid to recalibrate.

Reset, refresh, rethink.

You won't get back on track if you continue going in the direction you know you don't want to go, so stop or at least slow down & take a breather, to give yourself the space to find your North again.

Take out your compass (journal) and ask yourself:

❓ What do I really want? What don't I want?

❓ What's not working anymore? Did it ever work?

❓ What do I want to do more of/less of?

❓ What one thing could I do to get me closer to that desire?

❓ What resources are available to me? Who could help?

These are just SOME of the questions you can journal that can help you to recalibrate.
