What are you talking yourself out of that could be really great?
If you sense that you're not where you want to be & doing what you really want to be doing, how are you dealing with it?
Is your head full of actions & looking for solutions you could take to move forward or excuses (seeing only obstacles) that are keeping you stuck?
What are you telling yourself… because if you're stuck, take a closer listen in to the conversations going round in your head. What's your narrative? What are you saying about yourself or the situation?
Your thoughts will either be empowering & lead you to take some sort of action or they will be disempowering, making excuses & causing inaction.
So, what excuses are you making that are keeping you where you are? "Can't afford it, too risky, not clever enough, I'll fail, I don't have the time, it's too late, I'm too old" etc.
Face your excuses & ask if they are REALLY true & what evidence backs them up. Even so, what could you do to turn it around?
What could you do to turn your excuses into action that would empower you & move you closer to where you want to be?
