As I sit with my cat Rigby on my lap this morning, I realise that I have gotten so used to him being a part of my morning routine.
It's not a bad routine, it serves us both well but it got me thinking - what if there is something you have gotten so used to but it DOESN'T serve you well?
Negative thoughts about yourself & your life that skew your perspective & disempower you from making changes or a situation that keeps you within your comfort zone because it's familiar to you & safe.
Even so, you feel frustrated, disillusioned...& STUCK.
You feel as though you're drifting through life, merely existing with no real purpose & that bugs you because deep down you know you were made for more.
