What's your Point?

Updated: Nov 11, 2021

Believe me when I tell you, you were not created to just be somebody’s wife or mom. You may have been blessed with a family, but, dear lady, that is only PART of what you have been given to steward.

Our God is generous and loving, and you have many gifts and talents in your armoury and hidden treasure, that will not only bless you but bless others. 💃 💃 💃

You might start with impacting and influencing your family but don’t be afraid to grow, mature and come out of your comfort zone. We are to impact the nations, within our sphere of influence and whatever further influence He gives us.

It’s so easy to lose who we are and buckle under the various pressures that assault us, but we are not to conform to this world, we are set apart and therefore should act differently and think differently (Rom 12:12 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.).

We shouldn’t worry about “fitting in”. 💩 to that!

Jesus may have “fit in” as far as His outer appearance but as soon as He opened His mouth, people knew He was different. Then they knew by His ACTIONS.

🗣 Mama, stop trying to fit in and start finding out who you are. Who God made you to be.

It’s too easy to lose yourself in marriage and motherhood and forget about what makes you, you. It's too easy to bury your own dreams and desires.

When you are being authentically you, in Christ, you don’t have to walk on eggshells and in fear of offending people because you won’t offend your tribe, your people. You are not here for everyone. 😲😲😲

You are here for who Christ has prepared for you. Those you have been called to serve. They will find you when you are being you but if you don’t know who you are, guaranteed others will tell you who to be.

Jesus had a tribe, they were drawn to Him, followed Him even. Couldn't get enough of Him!

Jesus knew who He was and nothing could shake that, no matter all the mocking and disbelief that came His way. He knew who He was and what His purpose was.
