How I help:
Coach, train & mentor them to become the woman God made them to be by uncovering the hidden beliefs that are keeping them stuck and changing the behaviour & emotions that hinder.
We also work on identity, passion, purpose, potential, mindset & more, so that they can live an empowered & fulfilling life.
And for those who aspire to be entrepreneurs, but have no experience, we build a business around their purpose!

Why coach with me
As a woman who loves Jesus, a mum, a wife, a business owner with over 30 years varied career experience and a certified Coach, with ministry training and experience, who values freedom, autonomy, creativity and inspiration, who is constantly investing in myself, continuing to learn, develop and grow, I am in a really powerful place to help you to get from where you are now to where you want to be.
I actively seek new experiences and adventure in business and I love sharing what I am learning or what I have learned.
I understand the complexities of being unique and not fitting in a box. I've been told I can't be categorised under any one thing...and I LOVE that!
I much prefer it when I surprise people with who I am and I am not what they expected.
I hate being told what to do. I'm straight-talking but compassionate.
I value my freedom. I love to relax but I don't like being bored. I love life to be peaceful but not mundane. I like structure and routine but not to be restricted. I believe boundaries are good but rules suck.
I love to have fun and not take life for granted. Each day is a gift.
I am unapologetically me. And I want to help you to be you, not some watered down version of you but the you to its fullest, in all God's glory so that you can live a powerful and purpose-filled life and enjoy it!
